Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of General Adjuster
Ed Passamonti to our staff. Ed brings 35 years of heavy
General Property Adjusting experience to our firm with past
employment with GAB Business Services, Miller Associates of
Philadelphia, O'Brien Adjusting of Pennsylvania, Cornell
Group Inc. and Crawford & Co. Ed is a graduate of
Philadelphia University and has handled multiline claims and
catastrophe claims during his long career. We welcome Ed to
our staff.

Seattle.

DVT Officer Announcements
As part of our growth and restructuring plan, Daynard and
Van Thunen Co. Inc. is pleased to announce effective August
1, 2008 Executive General Adjuster Edward P. Kirby
AIC CFI has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Ed
joined Daynard and Van Thunen Co. Inc in October 1990. We
are similarly pleased to announce that Senior General
Adjuster Albert Castro has been promoted to Vice
President. Al joined Daynard and Van Thunen in April 2003.
We thank Ed
and Al for their many contributions to the firm beyond their
expert handling of complex losses and we welcome Al as our
newest officer.
After 55
years as one of the firms founders*, we are pleased to
announce that Warren F. Van Thunen has now become
Chairman Emeritus whose responsibilities will include DVT
financial management, product/service Quality Control and
claim counseling and mentoring. Warren has been an icon in
the Commercial Claims Industry for over a half-century and
we continue to be fortunate to have his vast knowledge,
experience and expertise available to our clients and
employees.

C. Van Thunen EGA, CPCU will now become Chairman and CEO
and Terry S. Lubin EGA will become President and COO.
